A beautiful fall morning documenting mussel harvesting in Saint Peter’s Bay for world-class Mussel King out of Morell, Prince Edward Island. I love photographing the food journey. It’s incredible to witness the huge amount of work that is involved in feeding us. Mussel farming is a lot of hard work and harvesting is only one little step in the journey.
