Argus, Chaz & Bart

Can you say Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen? How about Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen? And Dachshund? I have to admit… I have to really concentrate before I can! First there’s Argus the Grand with the big personality. A very happy hound I must say. Their noses are shaped different for tracking. They’re on an angle and it’s really kind of cool. And then there’s the Petit 4 month-old Chaz, a very inquisitive and smiley guy. Both the Griffons were quite the characters, extremely funny and easy to photograph. All the photos of them came out so great I was thrilled to have such a rare breed in my portfolio. And Bart the Dachshund was very shy but we managed to get a few photos of the sweet little guy.

WE ARE ALL TREATY PEOPLE.

In the spirit of Reconciliation, we acknowledge that the land upon which we gather is unceded Mi’kmaq territory. Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island), Mi’kma’ki, is covered by the historic Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We pay our respects to the Indigenous Mi’kmaq People who have occupied this Island for over 12,000 years; past, present and future.
