Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

I love lazy mornings when I can make breakfast for my girls. Cooking and eating together is quality time, and everyone around here is pretty well trained at waiting for a few pics to be taken before we chow down. Today my daughter Sarah assisted me taking these shots of our banana chocolate chip pancakes, as Official Syrup Pourer. We only had one stab at it and she did an awesome job! Enjoy!

WE ARE ALL TREATY PEOPLE.

In the spirit of Reconciliation, we acknowledge that the land upon which we gather is unceded Mi’kmaq territory. Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island), Mi’kma’ki, is covered by the historic Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We pay our respects to the Indigenous Mi’kmaq People who have occupied this Island for over 12,000 years; past, present and future.
