I cannot tell you how much I love this gig. Traveling around Prince Edward Island, meeting people, walking into each venue not knowing what my options are or how I’m going to shoot a portrait and food shots, thinking on the fly, while the restaurant is in open and in operation. I love it. Each chef creates something incredible. Wait until you see and taste what they’ve come up with. Celebrate PEI’s chefs and seafood during Best of Sea this June. Now go eat!
