Etsy Maker Cities Photography Workshop

I was asked by the team at Etsy Canada to teach a Photography Workshop at the Etsy Maker Cities event going on this week in Charlottetown. It was lots of fun and I really enjoyed it. Not knowing what the lighting would be or what items the Makers were bringing in made for a lot of fun on-the-fly photography setups during the demonstration.

Thank you to everyone who participated. It was lots of fun. Now find your spot, set up and start shooting. Be creative and have fun with it. Here are some of the quick and on-the-fly shots we took. Thank you everyone.

We are all Treaty People.

In the spirit of Reconciliation, we acknowledge that the land upon which we gather is unceded Mi’kmaq territory. Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island), Mi’kma’ki, is covered by the historic Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We pay our respects to the Indigenous Mi’kmaq People who have occupied this Island for over 12,000 years; past, present and future.
