Meet Frank the Chihuahua. Isn’t he the cutest?! I tend to think of myself as a big dog person, but ooo… the little ones are sooo… cute!!! I especially loved when we went outside and he wore his big doggie parka. Hilarious! Thank you Frank! xo

    Well, I’d never seen Frank before. What a dog! Love his ‘muscle shirt’ look, although it’s a tad odd on the parka!
