Homemade Jams

Homemade Jams & ToastThe real reason we packed up and moved to rural Prince Edward Island…? The free jam. Whenever you go visiting here people send you home packing mason jars of homemade preserves. It’s awesome. The other day our friends Melanie and Thane gave us these fabulous strawberry and grape jams, and much toast has been eaten since. Look how empty the jar is. LOL. I figured I should take some shots before I consumed it all. Y’all know how much I love that food photography! But now that I live on PEI I have to learn to make jam so I can share it too. :D

Do you have a favorite jam recipe? Send it to me and I’ll give it a shot. ;)
