Iceberg Select Mussels

Had a really fun 2-day photo shoot at The Culinary Institute of Canada last week photographing mussel recipes. There was a beer recipe, a Greek dish, mussels provinciale, traditional steemed mussels, a linguini pasta dish, a soup and more. Big thanks to Chef and Food Stylist Jennifer Bryant for all of her great work cooking up a storm and making everything look just right. Great working with Jenn, and of course thanks to my buddy, Creative Director Blair Sweeney of TechnoMedia. So knowledgeable, helpful and creative. Great team. Great fun. Love that food photography.

WE ARE ALL TREATY PEOPLE.

In the spirit of Reconciliation, we acknowledge that the land upon which we gather is unceded Mi’kmaq territory. Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island), Mi’kma’ki, is covered by the historic Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We pay our respects to the Indigenous Mi’kmaq People who have occupied this Island for over 12,000 years; past, present and future.
