I’ve created a monster. Our dogs are not allowed on the furniture, which means they wait until we leave the room. But lately, because I have taken to weekend naps with Maggie, she now pretty much lives on our bed. I even have to call her for dinner, then wait… then THUD and she’s on her way. Unlike our other dog Charlotte who starts shadowing me an hour before feeding time. So today as I was cleaning my house I walked into my room and there she was, head down and guilty, with just the tip of her tail wagging. The room was filled with natural light and the bed wasn’t made… BEAUTIFUL! So what did I do? Dumped the vacuum and ran for my camera. I didn’t really have to run mind you. It’s not like she was going to get down.

Oh she’s beautiful! Okay, I have 2 cameras and I don’t get gorgeous pics like this on the fly! I’m mad. hmf. I love your doggies Heather. I will squish her and pet her and rename her Squishy and she shall be mine. ;P

NOW GET DOWN!
Hey heather!
Great shots of the dogs, you really manage to capture the moment bringing the animals to life on my screen! =)
Nice meeting you yesterday!

Doggie boudoir photography, eh? That’s a new thing for you – maybe a new thing for everyone. Here’s to your ever-expanding horizons!
Beautiful shots, as always.

Weekend naps? I thought you worked ALL THE TIME!? lol
Seriously though, you have really captured the moment perfectly. The “I’m sorry” look on her face is perfect… she’s been caught “red-pawed” so to speak!
I was trying to force myself to nap on weekends. I did it twice! I could learn a lot from my dogs :P
