While out running along the Victoria Park boardwalk with my buddies I saw a group of people out on the water on paddleboards doing yoga. It’s called Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga (SUPyoga) and we all thought it was so cool. I’d love to try it and after making friends with yoga instructor Erika Killam from Dynamic Fitness I’m pretty sure I will. It looks so fun as you can see from the amount of laughs Erika, Jess and Peter had during our photo shoot. So fun!
