WestJest Magazine: Meaghan Blanchard

Things have been crazy busy. I recently had the opportunity to photograph PEI Singer, Songwriter, Musician Meaghan Blanchard for the July issue of WestJet Magazine. There are always a lot of factors to consider on shoots like these; availability, client location requirements, time of day for best light, direction of light, tides, weather, privacy, clothing, etc. A lot of planning goes into setting up these shoots. I love photographing musicians. I feel like I’m with my people when I’m with other creatives and it’s just a comfortable vibe. Meaghan was a pro and super easy to photograph. Big thanks to WestJet for the gig. :)

We are all Treaty People.

In the spirit of Reconciliation, we acknowledge that the land upon which we gather is unceded Mi’kmaq territory. Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island), Mi’kma’ki, is covered by the historic Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We pay our respects to the Indigenous Mi’kmaq People who have occupied this Island for over 12,000 years; past, present and future.
